Sharon Day-Monroe

Born in Brooklyn, NY, Sharon grew up in Costa Mesa, CA, attending Costa Mesa High School prior to Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, where she earned a degree in Kinesiology. Focusing primarily on High Jump before her move to the multis, Sharon was a seven-time NCAA All-American and took home the 2005 NCAA Outdoor Championship while competing for SLO. On the national scene, Sharon has consistently found herself on top of the podium, as a seven-time multis USA Champion (three Heptathlon and four Pentathlon). At the…
