Born Chambersburg, PA, Neely attended Shippensburg High School prior to fulfilling her longtime dream of running for Shippensburg University, where she earned a degree in Human Communication Studies with a minor in Coaching. While competing for the Raiders, Neely was an eight-time National Champion and took three DII records.
