Born and raised in California, Keshia attended Fairfield H.S. prior to the University of Oregon, where she earned a degree with honors in Psychology. While competing for the Ducks, Keshia was an intergral part of the 2010 Indoor and Outdoor NCAA Championship 4x400m relay teams. Individually, she took runner-up honors in the 400m at the 2010 NCAA Indoor Championships and is a six-time Oregon school record holder.
