  • Total Body and Mind: Lianne enjoys practicing yoga and tries to incorporate it into her training as often as possible

  • Birthday: June 13
  • Event: 1500m & Mile
  • Training Group: New Jersey ★ New York Track Club
  • Walk Before You Run: At the University of Connecticut, Heather was a walk-on, and would go on to earn two Big East titles and five NCAA All-America Honors, as well as school records in the 800m, 1500m, 4x800m, and DMR
  • Still Cruising Strong: In 2015, Heather became the 60th U.S. woman in history to break the 4:30 barrier in the mile, clocking a 4:29.39
  • Competitive Everywhere: Heather has been known to bring her competitive side to the dinner table, and has done the gallon challenge, the Capri Sun challenge, and the Crunch Wrap Supreme Challenge

Meet Tara

  • Birthday: June 14
  • Event: 10k, 5k, and Roads
  • Training Group: High Performance West
  • A Solid 2016: Tara took the victory at the 2016 US Half Marathon Championship and the 15k US Road Championships (Gate River Run). At the 15k, she took the victory an extra step by holding off the men’s winner to the tape
  • Super(wo)man: Tara works part-time for John L Scott Real Estate and enjoys learning about the business and marketing
